DA VINCI & MICHELANGELO: THE TITANS EXPERIENCE

A Multimedia Exploration of The Greats and Their Works Set a New York City Run ….

Performances Began on
August 15, 2019

(July 24, 2019 – New York, New York) – After over 500 years, the two greatest minds and artists of the Renaissance will make their New York stage debut in Da Vinci & Michelangelo: The Titans Experience. Created and performed by Mark Rodgers, this multimedia production exploring the artists’ works and lives will play St. Luke’s Theatre (308 W. 46th St., between 8th and 9th Avenues) beginning August 15th, with opening night set for Thursday August 22nd. Tickets, starting at $39, are available online at www.St.LukesTheatre.com or by calling Telecharge at 212.239.6200.

First conceived as exhibitions of creations from the mind of Leonardo Da Vinci and the masterworks of Michelangelo, Da Vinci & Michelangelo: The Titans Experience is a one-of-a-kind, multimedia production that brings the works of these two Renaissance men into a brand-new, contemporary light. In the Da Vinci & Michelangelo: The Titans Experience, audiences take an awe-inspiring journey through the Italian Renaissance, led by creator Mark Rodgers, experiencing the world and its possibilities through the eyes of these two monumental geniuses.

Da Vinci & Michelangelo has something that everyone can relate to,” says Rodgers. “The impact of everything they said and did can be found in our lives today.”

Through exploration of their inventions, machines, sketches, paintings, and sculptures, Rodgers connects the immortal work of Da Vinci & Michelangelo to modern day geniuses, such as Les Paul, Van Cliburn, and Paul McCartney, and encourages audiences to discover their own “inner” Da Vinci and Michelangelo.

Created by and starring Mark Rodgers, Da Vinci & Michelangelo: The Titans Experience is directed by Bill Stine, with lighting and projection design by Shari Debandt.

The production is exclusively represented by Columbia Artists Theatricals in New York City (www.columbia-artists.com). For more information about Mark Rodgers and the production, please visit www.DiscoverDaVinci.com.

Running Time: 2 hours with intermission.
